Palm Springs International Airport is approximately 48 miles from Twentynine Palms.
McCarran International Airport in Las Vegas is approximately 175 miles from Twentynine Palms
Do we need a car to get around?
We strongly recommend coming with a car, either a rental or your own as you will be able to explore the region easily and conveniently. There is public transport and taxi services which operate in the area.
Can I clean the home myself and waive the cleaning fee?
Our cleaning fee is not negotiable. Our professional cleaning crew cleans the home top to bottom, launders all linens, and replenishes consumed goods such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, etc. Our property manager inspects the home to make sure it’s in excellent condition for the next guest. This professional attention to detail is part of the vacation rental experience!
Can we bring our pet?
Some of our homes are pet friendly. Please check the Accommodation Details to verify if pets are allowed or not.
Do your properties have Wi-Fi?
All of our homes have internet access and Wi-Fi available. There is an information book located in the home with details on how to access the Wi-Fi and other amenities available in the home.
Do your properties have air conditioning?
All of our homes are either equipped with mini-splits (heat/cool) and/or Evaporative Coolers
Can I throw a party or host an event at the property?
The unique feature of vacation rentals is that you get to experience living in the desert like a local. As all of our vacation rentals are located in residential areas, we ask that you respect your neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. We currently do not have any properties that can accommodate parties or events such as weddings.
What time is check in/check out?
Check-in is 3:00pm and check-out is 12 Noon.
Can I check-in earlier than 3:00pm and check-out later than 12 Noon?
We often have guests checking out in the morning and new guests checking in that same afternoon. Our cleaning crew needs ample time to make sure the property is thoroughly cleaned and pristine for new guests. On the occasion that no one is arriving the day you depart or vice versa, we may be able to accommodate your request. Please contact us no less than 24 hours, and no more than 72 hours, before your scheduled check-out time to inquire if this is possible.
